In 2001, Shirley Archer was honored with the Australian Fitness Network’s “Author of the Year” award.

In 2003, Shirley Archer won the APEX Award for Publication Excellence in the category of Health, Medical & Technical Writing.   This was a second win of this award.  She previously won the same award in 1999.

In 2005, Shirley was a Top 3 Finalist for American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Instructor Achievement Award.

Shirley Archer was a featured trainer during season seven of Tyra Banks’ “America’s Next Top Model”.

Shirley was presented as the  Fitness Instructor of the Year, IDEA Health & Fitness Association in 2008.
