Love the Strength and Toning Deck. Would it be available either through Barnes and Noble for use on the Nook Color or an Android App. I don't use an iPod or iPad or iPhone. They refuse to make them compatible with my older iMac.

Fascinating ideas...I like the qualifications of how long people practiced. That is often missing from Taiji studies, and I've never seen a study that examined the quality of Taiji. That would be tough, no doubt, but I'm often left wondering if researchers mean "breathing and moving" because someone with 1 month Taiji experience cannot quite be going deep enough to be "doing Taiji." Hmm.

In any case, thanks for the unique view, exploring a study that qualified length of time practiced. The neuromuscular response differences are intriguing.

There is a fabulous yoga video for breast cancer patients and survivors called "Yoga for Breast Cancer". It's great for beginners and anyone with low energy, but also good as it offers different pose variations as you gain strength. Very calming and instructive, also has a guided meditation to help you through the day, just for cancer so it has poses that are specifically chosen to help healing and restoration. www.yogaforcancer.com, it's also available on amazon, I have really enjoyed it. Peace on your journey, namaste!
