I want to help you rise above the chaos of daily life so you can feel and look your best, balance career and relationships, and enjoy life fully. I'm a best-selling author, mindfulness and meditation teacher, health educator, award-winning health journalist and award-winning trainer.

Our bodies seek health—each of us inside has a healthier, happier self. I'm here to help you bring that wonderful person out into the light. I believe in the healthy, vibrant YOU. Through my blogs, videos, books and podcasts, I provide easy to use evidence-based and proven tips and information to create a healthy, happy life.

I've distilled more than 25 years of experience, fueled by my passion after I overcame burnout and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome from my New York City legal career to create a career I love—helping you! I want to share all I've learned from the health journey that inspired my career as a health educator and trainer at Stanford University, as a health journalist and motivator, so you can have the mindset and tools to manifest your own abundant health.
