    I’m a wellness visionary, integrative health educator and embodied mindfulness expert, best-selling author, fitness industry leader and health journalist with over 30 years experience in holistic health and wellness. I’m firmly rooted in the wisdom lineage of my Japanese mother and the scientific data orientation of my American father. I live and teach from this unique East/West intersection.
