With all the continued uncertainty that surrounds us, I’m offering breathing exercises as a simple yet proven way to improve health, reduce stress and almost immediately improve feelings of calm and well-being. I recently did a lot of research on breathing practices and even interviewed Wim Hof and leading Buteyko Method expert, Patrick McKeown.
