THE POWER OF APPRECIATING YOUR TRUE BEAUTY

Do you get so lost in thought that you forget the wonder of your body?

Each part of you serves a special and distinct purpose. From the crown of your head to the tips of your toes, you are unique and glorious.

When you wake up in the morning and look into the mirror, do you grin with delight or cringe with disappointment? Somewhere in-between? Or does it vary from day to day?

The secret to true beauty is loving yourself and embracing every nook, cranny and every uniquely perfect imperfection. Keep in mind that no amount of self-improvement can make up for a lack of self-acceptance.

Perhaps next time you hear an inner voice that speaks with anything other than support, you might want to explore where that voice comes from? Perhaps you're holding on to words spoken by someone else? You can always use a RAIN meditation to explore these mixed feelings.

But, in the meantime, consider throwing on something that makes your soul sing and walk into the day with appreciation for everything that is great and working for you.
