GUIDED MEDITATION TO FIND PEACE

Meditating during the coronavirus pandemic can help to calm and settle anxiety and fears. Pausing for a few minutes of presence can quiet and clear your mind and help to create optimal mental health. Many events are out of our control. Regular meditation calms mind and body and is especially helpful to find peace in uncertain times. Mindful meditation can also boost immunity. Studies show that people who practice mindfulness are less likely to get sick and if they become sick, tend to be sicker for shorter times.
